Got to say, the Neapolitan pizza at The Bird Cage was proper legendary, especially after a long day exploring! Plus, shoutout to the lovely housekeeper who made things a bit brighter during our stay—what a gem! The mini fridge was a nice touch for late-night snacks, too.
Arrived late and found a right kerfuffle at check-in with some disorganisation from the staff. Had to swap rooms during my stay and it felt a bit of a hassle—everything could've run smoother, honestly.

missingWrote a review on 21 Mayshower inconvenience
The eccentricity of showering in another room due to a malfunction did put a damper on my stay. Daily housekeeping didn’t always include addressing previous dust issues, and I found myself tiptoeing around the room to minimize the grime. Noise from the outside echoed into the lobby area, making it hard to fully relax, and lack of effective soundproofing allowed for unwelcome sounds from both neighbors and nearby establishments. I never did get the hair dryer to function, which felt like an unnecessary inconvenience.

The mattress was super comfy—slept like a baby! The quad room was spacious enough for our family. Loved the cleanliness. everything felt spotless. They had nice little touches like disposable cups and tea. The location was a bit far from the underground, but we found local shops selling fruits while walking around. Service was helpful. extra towels were provided. pretty cozy!
